HOSPITALITY TRAININGS WITH Rania Semertzian
Communication and Storytelling Workshops with Rania Semertzian, Soft Skillers Trainer & Communications Professional
One key element of our offering in the hospitality area is to conduct a series of workshops that focus on further developing the communication skills of existing and seasonal employees and aim to engage them in the art of storytelling. The goal of the training sessions is firstly to review the fundamentals of communication such as empathy, active listening, powerful language, the use of body language, complaint handling, etc. and secondly to engage the participants in applying storytelling techniques to effectively promote the resort’s narrative to the guests. This comprehensive strategy aims to not only strengthen the internal work culture but also to present a compelling and consistent brand image to external stakeholders, including guests.
Employer Branding
In addition, we offer consulting services for the development of Hotel Employer Branding Strategy. The scope of this effort is to cultivate corporate culture, optimize employee recruitment, increase employee retention, and finally improve corporate image positioning an organization amongst the most credible and attractive employers in the industry.
